My fee is £45 per session
What happens in the first session?
In our first meeting, we'll sit down together and explore what's troubling you and what you hope to get out of therapy. If this feels difficult for you, I can help you to talk about yourself. You'll have the opportunity to ask me any questions you have about therapy. This meeting gives you the chance to see if you would like to work with me and there is no obligation to continue if you decide not to.
How long does a session last and how often will I come?
Sessions last for 50 minutes and are usually weekly at the same time on the same day.
How long will therapy take?
At the first session we'll talk about how many sessions you want. We might agree on a fixed number of sessions or leave the therapy open-ended for a review at a later date.
